If you are looking to:

• share what we've learned about happiness
• engage in substantive conversations
• explore the boundaries of spirituality
• talk about life, the universe, and everything

then by all means follow me.

If you're just looking to:

• build your list
• sell me something
• pick a fight

then no, thank you.

I'd rather have one follower who either benefits my life or benefits from mine, than 100 who fill my life with (even more) noise.
